During your initial consultation, a detailed history will be taken, covering all body systems, past health issues, family medical history, as well as dietary and lifestyle habits. If needed, functional pathology tests may also be recommended to tailor treatments to your specific health needs.

 

Treatment plans will encompass dietary and lifestyle guidance, along with the possibility of herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, flower essences, and homeopathy where appropriate.

Return consultations are shorter in duration yet provide ample time for a thorough review of the individual's progress. During these sessions, new recommendations can be integrated into the treatment plan, or adjustments can be made to the existing plan based on the individual's progress.

The acute consultation typically lasts for 20 minutes and aims to tackle issues such as colds, viruses, gastroenteritis, food poisoning, post-virus recovery, acute stress and sleep support. If your issue is more complex, and more time is required, an additional $20 per 10 minutes will be applied.​

 

It is preferred you have already had an initial consultation to book this appointment, to ensure a proper health history is on record. If you are a new patient, there will be an additional $20 charge to accommodate any extra time needed for essential safety checks on allergies and diagnosed conditions, as well as the additional administrative time external to the appointment required for new patients. Additionally, a new patient form will need to be filled out.

A longer naturopathy appointment allows more time for Tanya to carefully assess your health history, address any concerns, and create a personalised treatment plan. This includes exploring natural remedies, lifestyle adjustments, and offering Reiki healing to support your overall well-being and energy balance.

    •    Complex health conditions that require a detailed, holistic approach

•    Current patients who have not seen Tanya for 6 months or longer, to ensure there is adequate time for a thorough review of your health

•    Current patients with a newly diagnosed health condition, to address changes and create a tailored plan

•    Patients seeking a short Reiki healing session as part of their naturopathy consultation to complement the holistic treatment approach and promote relaxation and energy balance

Reiki healings incorporate reiki and holistic counselling techniques to support healing and transformation. Where appropriate, or desired, other tools can be integrated such as crystals, sound healing or readings. A personalised bush-flower essence may also given to support the healing and shifts brought about from the reiki healing. 

Distant Reiki Session (Online)

Reiki is unique in that the energy can be transmitted remotely for healing sessions. For an online reiki, Tanya will spend 30 minutes to discuss the issues you would like to focus on for the session. This will be followed by 30 minutes whereby you will go lie down, to relax and meditate. During this meditation period, Tanya will send healing energy and channel messages for each of the main chakra centres. Following the healing session, Tanya will reconnect with you online to discuss the insights received and suggest various tools and processes for you to apply, to help you overcome any healing blocks.​

A 6-12 month personal healing journey, whereby you at completion you will be a qualified reiki-master teacher.
