Chia Pudding Recipes


3 INGREDIENT CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of black or white Chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup of preferred milk

  • 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup. Youmay wish to add fruit instead for sweetness.


Method:

  1. Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well.Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.

  2. Cover the jar and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  3. When you’re ready to eat it, top with your favourite fruit and enjoy cold



WARM CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

3 tbsp chia seeds

¾-1 cup of preferred milk.

1-2 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp nuts (optional)

½ tsp cinnamon optional

pinch of salt


Method:

  1. In a medium pot, add the milk and chia seeds, stir and bring to a low boil over medium-low heat.Cook for about3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.

  2. Turn off the heat and stir in maple syrup, vanilla, sesame seeds, cinnamon and pinch of salt until well combined.

  3. Transfer into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
